Client and Account Manager
Seeking a detail-oriented Client and Account Manager/CSSM, preferably with experience in healthcare or pharmacy, to join our rapidly growing organization. You will conduct client-facing meetings in this position and support the data-gathering process, file transfer management, and implementation of major client accounts. A seasoned Client and Account Manager will be well-versed on client relations, project management, and have exceptional presentation skills coupled with sales knowledge.
Position Details
- United States - Remote/Telecommute
- 8-5 Must be in an eastern or central time zone
- Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and clients to provide expertise in subject matter
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, providing service information and resolution to client inquiries
- Provide customer service to clients and representatives on all accounts
- Oversee account management and transferring of sensitive client information from multiple systems, providing accuracy and maintaining confidentiality
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Manage and understand billing and invoicing processes, preferably in healthcare
- Ensure timely and successful account Go-Live
Assist with challenging client requests/escalations with professionalism
Ability to manage multiple accounts and time-sensitive deadlines
Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need
Other essential duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required. (Undergraduate degree or higher preferred)
- Ability to pass Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving assessment
- Excellent time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Presentation Skills
Ability to address complaints and issues with practical solutions and a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Superior customer care and support while managing multiple accounts with time-sensitive deadlines
Work From Home Requirements
The employee must provide their own reliable, high-speed internet with sufficient bandwidth (25/25mp) to execute all job functions. Additionally, the employee must provide a private workspace with a desk and chair, free from distraction.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Duties are performed primarily in a home office setting utilizing Company provided computer equipment. While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly sit and talk. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. Employees will occasionally be required to stand and walk.
