PrudentRx seeks a people oriented, process driven Client and Account Manager with a robust ability to oversee the implementation and maintenance of client relation to join our rapidly growing sales and client services department. As a Client and Account manager you will conduct client-facing meetings, support the data-gathering process, file transfer management, and implementation of major client accounts. A seasoned Client and Account Manager will be well-versed in client relations and project management and have exceptional presentation skills coupled with sales knowledge. 


Position Details
  • United States - Remote/Telecommute
  • 8-5 Must be in an eastern or central time zone
  •  Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.
Responsibilities 
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients, PBM partners, and team members as the subject matter expert (SME)
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, providing service information and resolving client inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and successful account implementations.
  • Provide Client-Level Business Interface with associated data and insights to reflect the PrudentRx value with client-facing calls.
  • Assist with challenging client requests/escalations with professionalism.
  • Manage post-Go-Live account claims and CAG errors, client monthly/YTD presentations, investigation and assistance in resolving member/coding issues, and additional implementations when applicable.
  • Manage and transfer sensitive client information from multiple systems while providing accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Satisfactorily complete quarterly pulse checks and stay up to date on all training including, but not limited to, the leads call, kickoff call, member experience call, invoice/saving report, and all processes and material related to these calls.
  • Oversee and/or collaborate on team projects.
  • Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need.
  • Other essential duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications 
Required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. (Undergraduate degree or higher preferred)
  • Ability to pass Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving assessment. 
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Preferred
  • Previous project management experience 
  • Healthcare or industry relevant client management, implementations, or sales 

Work From Home Requirements

The employee must provide reliable, high-speed internet with sufficient bandwidth (25/25mp) to execute all job functions.  Additionally, the employee must have a private workspace with a desk and chair, free from distraction.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Duties are performed primarily in a home office using company-provided computer equipment.  While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly sit and talk.  The employee is frequently required to use their hands.  Employees will occasionally be required to stand and walk.
