PrudentRx seeks an analytical, knowledge-based problem-solving Data Analyst to join our growing organizations. This role requires fielding requests from external stakeholders, representing clients in delivering opportunity analyses, and verifying and validating information through tangible sources. A seasoned analyst will have experience working under tight deadlines, working independently and as a team, and the strong ability to drill into data to ensure adherence and apply risk-averse tactics. To succeed in this role, the analyst must communicate clearly to stakeholders, be technically sound in Excel, have an eye for detail, and maintain a high level of accuracy in doing repetitive but nuanced analyses.

Position Details

- Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with external stakeholders on all matters related to opportunity analyses using professional and superior oral and written communication skills.
- Vet requests for opportunity analyses and ingest requirements appropriately into task management software (currently, Jira).
- Utilize Jira in accordance with internal processes to complete opportunity analyses and communicate issues.
- Generate opportunity analyses requiring familiarity with advanced Excel features.
- QA opportunity analyses generated by team members for accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Identify and present scenarios that don’t align with established processes to the department manager to figure out an appropriate resolution.
- Maintain templates and other supporting materials that need to be updated periodically for analytical and organizational purposes.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need.
- Other essential duties as assigned.
Required
- 1-3 Years of Analyst experience
- 1-2 years of Excel experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven history of maintaining client satisfaction in a role where deadlines are key.
- Familiarity working with pharmaceutical claims data.
- Proficiency in working with task management software such as Jira to manage operational workflows.
